    Fares & Cancellations
    Fares are charged on a per-seat basis and are disclosed at the time a reservation is made. BAM Trips reserves the right to change its fares at any time. The fare for any particular seat is locked only when the reservation has been paid for. Subsequent price changes, including discounts or specials, will not be adjusted after the sale. Fares may be higher during certain holiday periods. Reservations must be cancelled before the trip final payment deadline date in order to receive BAM credit toward future trips. Deposits will not be refunded or credited. After the final payment deadline you may transfer your seat instead of canceling subject to coordination and approval from BAM Trips. BAM Trips may reissue reservations or BAM credit, to be applied to future fares, for service failures or weather conditions as deemed appropriate by BAM Trips. Fares may be subject to taxes and processing fees, which will be added on to the price of the ticket, if applicable. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise noted.     All requests for cancelation, transfers or requests for BAM credit must be sent via email bamtravelingtours@gmail.com.
