Plan-Free, Stress-Free – Your Trip, Your Pace
Each destination brings its own kind of magic — and how you enjoy it is totally up to you! Unless otherwise noted, BAM trips are designed for independent exploring.
Whether it’s a one-day adventure or a multi-day getaway, you get to choose how you spend your time. We’ll share helpful tips, maps, and suggestions before you head out, but what you do — from sightseeing and shopping to relaxing with great food — is all about you.
Take it all in at your own pace, and make the most of every moment!
Your BAM Host
Our main focus is making sure the trip runs smoothly and everyone is having a great time — so we may not be able to respond to calls or messages right away.
Each trip has a BAM Host onboard, and their contact info is shared with your Group Contact before departure. Your host will keep you in the loop with key updates, schedules, and reminders throughout the trip.
If something comes up during the journey, please speak directly to your host — we’re here to help however we can!
Booking & Payments
- A deposit is required to reserve your seat.
- Final payments are due by the date listed on your specific trip page at www.BAMTrips.com.
Booking Confirmation & Portal Access

For extra peace of mind, we recommend keeping especially valuable or important items with you.
Food & Drinks
We’ve got you covered with bottled water and light snacks available under the bus — available at rest stops!
You’re also welcome to bring your own drinks and snacks (twist-off tops only, please). Small coolers that fit at your feet are fine—just keep in mind they take up some leg space. All coolers must be 100% leak-proof.
Let’s keep our ride clean and comfy! Trash bags will be available at each stop, so please toss your trash before getting back on the bus.
Behavior Reminders
We’re all about good vibes, kindness, and keeping things clean and comfortable for everyone. So just a few important no-gos:
- No smoking or vaping on the motorcoach

- No foul or offensive language
Let’s all do our part to create a fun and respectful experience for travelers of all ages.
Photos – Say Cheese (or Don’t )
We love capturing the smiles, laughter, and special moments on every BAM trip! You might end up in a group photo, a fun candid, or even featured in our future marketing, social media, or promotions.
If you'd rather not be included, no worries at all — just send us a quick email before your trip at contact@bamtrips.com and let us know.
Otherwise, you’re giving us the thumbs-up to share the joy and show off the fun with others!

Weather & Packing Reminders
Weather can be unpredictable — and it often varies by destination and season — so be sure to check the forecast before your trip and pack accordingly.
Layers, a light rain jacket, comfy walking shoes, and a small umbrella are always smart to have on hand. A little prep goes a long way in making sure you’re comfortable and ready for whatever the day brings!
Hotel Room Types
We do our best to honor room preferences, but hotel room layouts are based on availability.
- Double/Triple/Quad occupancy does not guarantee 2 queen beds. Rooms may have 1 king bed with a pullout sofa or rollaway if needed.
Accessibility & Special Requests
If you or someone in your group has mobility needs, dietary restrictions, or severe allergies (including to smells or foods), please let us know 30 days before the scheduled trip. We’ll do our best to help accommodate, but last-minute requests made during the trip may not be possible to fulfill.
👉 For example, if you're severely allergic to a scent or food item, we need to know 30 days in advance so we can notify other travelers or make adjustments prior to the trip. Thanks for helping us create a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone!
Lost & Found
If you leave something behind, contact us within 24 hours. While we’re happy to help track items down, BAM Travel Tours is not responsible for lost or forgotten belongings.
Travel Insurance
While not required, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of illness, trip interruption, or emergencies. It gives you peace of mind.
Delays & Disruptions
We all know travel can come with a few surprises — weather, traffic, and other unexpected delays sometimes happen, even with the best planning.
If something changes along the way, we promise to keep you in the loop and adjust as smoothly as possible.
Please note: BAM Travel Tours isn’t responsible for extra costs that might come up due to delays (like meals, hotel stays, or missed activities). We always recommend packing a little patience, extra snacks, and a good attitude — it goes a long way!

One Last Thing…
At BAM, we bring the seats, the snacks, and the smiles — but how much fun you have is totally up to you! We create the space for joy, connection, and adventure… The rest is yours to turn into great memories.
