All ages are welcome! From little adventurers to seasoned travelers, everyone is invited. Specific age restrictions, if any, will be noted on individual trip listings. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Each destination is yours to explore! Our trips are designed for independent fun unless otherwise noted. Helpful tips and maps are provided in advance.

Your BAM Host

Your trip includes a dedicated BAM Host. Their contact info will be shared prior to departure. For assistance during your journey, speak directly to your host onboard.

Booking & Payments

• A deposit secures your seat.
• Final payment is due by the deadline on your trip page at www.BAMTrips.com.
• Confirmation email & portal access are sent within 24 hours.
• Payment plans are available via email request to contact@bamtrips.com.

Pickup & Drop-off Locations

Locations vary. Common cities include:

• Kentucky: Louisa, Pikeville, Ashland, Lexington, etc.
• Ohio: Circleville
• West Virginia: Barboursville, Sutton
• Tennessee: Kingsport, Knoxville

Motorcoach Comfort

• Reclining seats
• AC set to 68°F (20°C)
• Onboard restroom (emergency use preferred)
• Wi-Fi, TVs, and power outlets (availability varies)

Rest stops every few hours are included.

Group Seating & Luggage

• Families seated together
• One medium suitcase + one small carry-on allowed
• Bag tags required with name, group, mobile number

Essentials & Safety

Keep essentials (meds, chargers, ID) in your overhead bag. You may leave non-valuables on the locked motorcoach during stops.

Food & Drink

Complimentary snacks & water are available. You can also bring your own leak-proof cooler or snacks. Please use provided trash bags to keep the coach clean.

Code of Conduct

We promote kindness and comfort for all. Strictly prohibited:

• Smoking or vaping
• Alcohol or drug use
• Foul or offensive language

Photos

We may use group photos for promotions. Email contact@bamtrips.com before your trip if you prefer not to be photographed.

Weather & Hotel Rooms

Pack in layers, check the forecast. Room configurations are subject to hotel availability and may vary.

Accessibility & Special Needs

Notify us 30 days in advance of any mobility, dietary, or allergy-related needs.

Lost & Found

Contact us within 24 hours of your return if you’ve lost something. We’ll do our best, but we’re not liable for lost belongings.

Travel Insurance

Optional but recommended. Protect your trip in case of emergencies or cancellations.

Delays & Disruptions

We do our best, but travel may involve unexpected delays. BAM is not responsible for additional costs caused by these changes.
