Cost: $150.00 per person ($50 nonrefundable deposit per person is included in the total price whether you just pay the deposit or you pay the full cost upfront).
Payment Flexibility:
- Full Payment Option: At checkout, you can choose the 'Full Payment' option. To make this easier, utilize Shop Pay to split the total cost into four smaller, manageable payments, due every two weeks. This convenient and interest-free method is a favorite among many travelers.
- Alternative Payment Plans: If Shop Pay isn't available to you, you can make an initial deposit at checkout. Please contact BAM directly to set up a personalized payment plan or to arrange payment for the remaining balance of your trip.
- Payment Deadline: Be sure to mark your calendar! The full payment for your New Orleans trip is due by September 1, 2025 . All unpaid seats will be released at midnight.

- Availability Permitting: If there’s still room on your desired trip, you can secure your spot immediately by opting for the 'Full Payment' method at checkout. This guarantees your reservation without delay.
- Deposit Option: If you prefer to book with a deposit only, please contact BAM as soon as possible to discuss necessary payment arrangements and ensure your place is reserved.
These options are designed to accommodate late bookings, so you can still join the trip even if the initial deadline has passed.

- Travelers meet back at TBD to check in with the host and board the bus for the journey back home.
On the Way Home: Make rest stops as needed for travelers' comfort.
