Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade is a beloved tradition that captures the spirit of celebration and unity.

Cost: $229.00 per person $50 nonrefundable deposit per person is included in the total price whether you just pay the deposit or you pay the full cost upfront. Mark your calendar. Your total payment for NYC is due by Tuesday October 13, 2024.

  • 3:30 pm -Travelers board at Pikeville, KY - Walmart, 254 Cassady Blvd., Pikeville, KY 41501
  • 4:30 pm Travelers board at Louisa, KY - Walmart, 275 Walton Dr., Louisa, KY 41230 
  • 5:30pm Travelers board at Huntington Mall, 500 Mall Rd, Barboursville WV 
  • 7:30 pm Travelers board at Sutton, WV - Pilot Travel Center, 270 Scotts Fork-Bonnie Rd, Sutton, WV 26601
  • We will make several stops to stretch legs and for the ones that need a smoke break. We will unwind and get some sleep.

Thursday, November 28, 2024  

  • We will stop early to freshen up (shower optional) and breakfast before starting our day in New York.
  • 6:00 am. Drop off Travelers at NYC Transit Port Authority Building, 625 8th Ave, New York, NY 10018 to explore a full day on your own making memories!
  • 7:00 pm Travelers meet back at Transit Port Authority Building, 625 8th Ave, New York, NY 10018 to check in with the host and board the bus to head home 
  • We will stop to change into our comfy clothes for the ride back home just outside New York. 

Friday, November 29, 2024  

  • Rest stops throughout the night for restroom breaks & stretch legs
  • 8:00 am (Estimated time) Sutton, WV 
  • 10:30 am (Estimated time) Louisa Walmart
  • 12:15pm (Estimated time) Pikeville Walmart
