- Reserve your seat with a $50 nonrefundable deposit
- Remaining balance due by February 1, 2025
- Seats may continue to be filled after the due date if there is availability.
Deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable to another trip.

Friday, March 14 – Departure
- 12:45 PM – Flying J, Catlettsburg, KY (15236 KY-180)
- 1:30 PM – Walmart, Louisa, KY (275 Walton Dr.)
- 3:00 PM – Walmart, Pikeville, KY (254 Cassady Blvd.)
- 5:30 PM – Tennessee Welcome Center, Kingsport, TN (Interstate 26 Mile Marker 5)
- 7:30 PM – TA Knoxville West, Knoxville, TN (615 Watt Road)
Overnight travel to Orlando
Saturday, March 15 – Disney Park Day
- Early morning: Stop for freshening up and breakfast (1.5 hours)
- 8:30 AM – Drop off at 1180 Seven Seas Drive, Orlando, FL 32836 (Transportation and Ticket Center)
- Travelers are free to explore all Disney parks, attractions, and dining at their own pace
- 10:00 PM – Meet back at park entrance for check-in with the host and motorcoach boarding
📌 A stop will be made to change into comfortable clothing for the ride home.
Sunday, March 16 – Return Home
- Rest Stops along the way home
- Breakfast can be grabbed at one of the rest stops.
