Cost: $275.00 per person ($50 nonrefundable deposit per person is included in the total price whether you just pay the deposit or you pay the full cost upfront).

• Full Payment Option: At checkout, you can choose the 'Full Payment' option. To make this easier, utilize Shop Pay to split the total cost into four smaller, manageable payments, due every two weeks. This convenient and interest-free method is a favorite among many travelers.
  
• Alternative Payment Plans: If Shop Pay isn't available to you, you can make an initial deposit at checkout. Please contact BAM directly to set up a personalized payment plan or to arrange payment for the remaining balance of your trip at bamtravelingtours@gmail.com
  
• Payment Deadline: Be sure to mark your calendar! The full payment for your New Orleans trip is due by Tuesday January 14, 2025 . All unpaid seats will be released at midnight.

Saturday, February 29, 2025

8:30 AM: Arrive in New Orleans 

• Spend the day enjoying the city. From shopping, eating, to exploring the area; make the most of your day making memories.

9:00 PM CST (10:00 PM EST): 

• Travelers meet back at Public Parking Parking, 500 Decatur Street (near Jax Brewery) to check in with the host and board the bus for the journey back home.
• A stop will be made just outside New Orleans to change into comfortable clothing for the ride home.
