Cost: $250.00 per person ($50 nonrefundable deposit per person is included in the total price whether you just pay the deposit or you pay the full cost upfront).

Payment Deadline: Be sure to mark your calendar! The full payment for your NYC trip is due by May 1, 2025 . All unpaid seats will be released at midnight.

Availability Permitting: If there’s still room on your desired trip, you can secure your spot immediately by opting for the 'Full Payment' method at checkout. This guarantees your reservation without delay.

Seating Assurance: We’ll ensure that families and groups are seated together, no matter if you book separately.

Boarding travelers and traveling to New York City:
- 5:00 pm - Lexington, KY
- 6:00 pm - Morehad, KY

Rest stops will be provided along the way.
Saturday; September 6, 2024 - Day at NYC
- Freshen Up: At this stop, you will be able to freshen up before you start your day. Showers are available if you wish to take one. We plan to spend approximately 1 1/2 hours at this location.
- Breakfast Options Available: Breakfast items are available at this stop if you wish to grab something.
9:00 AM: Arrive at NYC
- Drop off travelers at NYC Transit Port Authority Building, 625 8th Ave, New York, NY 10018
- Spend a full day exploring on your own and making memories.
10:30 PM:Travelers Meet Host
- Travelers meet back at NYC Transit Port Authority Building, 625 8th Ave, New York, NY 10018 to check in with the host and board the bus for the journey back home.
- A stop will be made just outside NYC to change into comfortable clothing for the ride home.

On the Way Home: Make rest stops as needed for travelers' comfort.
