Cost: $275.00 per person ($50 non refundable deposit per person is included in the total price whether you just pay the deposit or you pay the full cost upfront).
Payment Flexibility:
- Full Payment Option: At checkout, you can choose the 'Full Payment' option. To make this easier, utilize Shop Pay to split the total cost into four smaller, manageable payments, due every two weeks. This convenient and interest-free method is a favorite among many travelers.
- Alternative Payment Plans: If Shop Pay isn't available to you, you can make an initial deposit at checkout. Please contact BAM directly to set up a personalized payment plan or to arrange payment for the remaining balance of your trip.
- Payment Deadline: Be sure to mark your calendar! The full payment for your Sleepy Hollow is due by September 15, 2025.

- 5:00 PM - Lexington, KY
- 6:00 PM - Morehead, KY

Rest stops will be provided along the way.
Saturday; October 25, 2025 - Day at Sleepy Hollow
Early AM:
- Stop for freshening up (shower optional) and breakfast (on your own). We plan to spend approximately 1 1/2 hours at this location.
8:00 AM: Arrive at Sleepy Hollow, NY
- Drop off travelers at TBD
- Spend a full day exploring on your own and making memories.
Departure Time TBD:
- Travelers meet back at TBD to check in with the host and board the bus for the journey back home.
- A stop will be made just outside Sleepy Hollow to change into comfortable clothing for the ride home.

On the Way Home: Make rest stops as needed for travelers' comfort.
