Cost & Payment Details
Pricing is based on hotel room occupancy:
- 4 people sharing a room – $700 per person
- 3 people sharing a room – $760 per person
- 2 people sharing a room – $955 per person
Payment Schedule:
- $75 nonrefundable deposit per person due at booking
- 50% of total cost due by September 1, 2025
- Remaining balance due by November 1, 2025
Still want to join after the deadline? You can! That date is just the final payment deadline for those who reserved early. If seats are still available, new bookings are welcome anytime—until the trip is full.

Saturday, December 20 – Day 1 in NYC
Early Morning – Freshen Up Stop (1.5 hours)
Time to shower (optional), change into comfortable clothes, and grab breakfast
9:00 AM – Drop-off at M Social Hotel (226 W 52nd St, New York, NY 10019)
Enjoy a full day exploring the city — shop, sightsee, or stroll Central Park at your pace.
Hotel check-in is available after 4:00 PM.
Sunday, December 21 – Day 2 in NYC
Wake up in the heart of the city and spend your second day enjoying holiday sights, shows, and experiences.
Stay the second night at M Social Hotel.
Monday, December 22 – Day 3 in NYC + Departure
Morning – Load luggage onto the motorcoach
Enjoy your final full day in NYC to grab last-minute souvenirs, visit another landmark, or catch a holiday attraction.
10:30 PM – Time to Head Back
Meet your host at M Social Hotel for check-in. A stop will be made so travelers can change into comfortable clothes for the ride home.
Tuesday, December 23 – Return Home
Rest stops along the way home
Breakfast can be grabbed at one of the rest stops
Expected Arrival Home: Midday/early afternoon (times may vary based on traffic and stops)
